The room had a lovely lake view and was immaculately clean. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, which was perfect after a long day in Mackinaw City. - It's a good spot close to stores, the ferry, restaurants, and uptown.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Mackinaw City. Loved the room with a view, my bed was extremely comfy. The food was great and the location was decent.

The staff are knowledgeable, managed the parking on-site. Also, the location is convenient, minutes from a grassy public park.

The hotel was fairly clean and upgraded. The location was particularly good and unbeatable for traveling around Mackinaw City. The views of the sun were exceptional. The breakfast was satisfactory and complimentary. I had such a wonderful stay.

The hotel was a great place for enjoying a great area, just off the ferry, the beach and Michigan. Ideal location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. We stopped by Ice Cream Dreams for coffee and treats, it was not too far from the property.

The service here was excellent, and they offer a complimentary breakfast with yogurt cup and a bottle of water, situated in a great location with free on-site parking.

The hotel is in a great area, just a short walk to the ferry, the beach, and shops. It has a marvelous and unbelievable location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Uscgc Mackinaw Museum. - There are lots of food options within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel is upscale and great. Welcoming staff with a better manager. I appreciated my room - neat and updated with a view. The location is particularly good. Ferry port very close to the property. Just a 10-minute walk to downtown.

The location of this place is great, close to the beach, restaurants, downtown, and boat rides, making it easy to check-in and take a boat to the island.

Our hotel room was modern and had three queen beds. The location of the property was great, right next to an indoor water park. Additionally, it was conveniently located next to the ferries for easy access to Mackinac Island vacations.

We appreciated the location of tge hotel. It was close to tge Ferries and within a walking distance to shopping and dining. We also liked the beach.

The rooms were small. The bathroom cleanliness was so-so. The breakfast was good, but not much room to sit.

The hotel is upscale with very friendly staff. The location is marvelous, close to the beach and restaurants. The service was excellent; we enjoyed a complimentary and extensive breakfast. The property is just a short walk to various activities, restaurants, and shops, as well as the town center and Star Lines ferry.

I do not like how the bathroom is arranged. The sink should not have been built in bedroom area. The sink should stay in the bathroom as a whole so that while one family member is resting/sleeping they are not disturbed by the other member using the sink to perform personal care.
